Full size Noah's Ark replica: is this a "win" for Bible believers?

The Answers in Genesis crowd are looking to build one too aren't they? As a christian, I don't understand why it would be "a win", but I think it'll be awesome to see something that big AND built to the historic specs. Hope it becomes a finished project.
