" Just hang out as much as possible when I'm down in that city " .. it is not a good idea to go to that school cuz u just have a CRUSH u are still not sure about how u feel about her .. and I think u should go talk to her about this whole thing and know if she feels the same way .. and if u are not into arts then don't go to that school cuz if u two went out for couple years then u broke up .. what are u going to do leave the school and come back to ur old school ?!
