What additional costs other than the purchase price are involved in buying and owning a sailboat?

I am planning on purchasing a 1988 Macgregor 26D. It seems to be in very good condition. The boat is trailerable, and at least for this summer I plan on trailering it rather than mooring it. I am planning on getting it surveyed by a marine surveyor ($16/ft). What are some other costs (ie registration, general maintenance costs, etc) that will be involved with buying and owning the boat? If you could list any costs you can think of, and general estimates for the amount of each cost, I would appreciate it! I live in Connecticut if that affects anything. Thanks!
