Jews, can you explain this scripture to me?

I am not a Jew but I will be happy to explain the scripture to you, He is speaking a prophecy about the coming of Jesus. Even naming the specific one of the two Bethlehems where he would be born. There were many prophecies in the old testament about Jesus but the Jews chose to ignore them.
