Can a 20ft highlander sailboat be sailed alone?

I am 15 and have been sailing for years (optis, fj's and 420's to be specific). I also use to sail my dad's 22ft long catalina. The reason i am asking this is because i found one for a really cheap price and i want a boat to call my own. I will take friends out on it and go with my dad occasionally but when nobody is available i would like to use it by myself. It has a main sail with an area of 210 sq ft and a jib area of 65 sq ft. It is also 20ft long with a centerboard and tiller...i've sailed numerous boats with this setup but never with sails this large..so please help me out!
