Itchy, Red Spots on legs?

Happens to me when I shave, you're skin isn't used to it so it's reacting badly but when it toughens up a bit you should stop getting the rashes and they don't take long to go down, it could also be something you're using in the shower? maybe you're allergic to your soap or shower gel or maybe you're shampoo?
