Fast single handed sailboat?

Im looking for a very fast sailboat, that can be sailed by either one or two people, but is easy to rig. I am a fairly experienced sailor, but this isn't for competition, just recreation. I've looked at boats such as the mx ray, and 29er, the only problem is, that the sail has to be pulled over the mast. I need a boat that rigs similar to the 420, with a halliard.
