Co-worker pulled a knife on me?

Then after a week his request became ridiculous like having me grab him sodas and he would for no reason kick my piles of trash and sawdust I had just swept up and tell me to "clean this S**T UP" he would put his hands on my food and other belongings like my cell phone. one day he put his hands on me and tried to be funny or look tough by putting my hand behind my back and push up like police do, that's when thins started to go down hill and I stopped doing what he would tell me to do and started to ignore him and he told me I have to start doing what he told me to do( He was no higher that me and he had just been working there for 2 weeks longer than me.) he then start throwing old gloves, that the coworkers rolled up into balls and throw them at co workers as a joke, I thought that was un professorial since we are working at a pallet company around nail guns and saws so me and this other guy had bad blood from the fist week. then one day my supervisor came up out of nowhere and put his hands on me and pushed me back out of the way almost making me trip on a step and pushing a stack of wood out of the way to turn the machine off... I couldn't hear him call for me ( if he was) since I had my protective hearing muffs on and my head phones on under those ( I had gotten permission from the same supervisor I could listen to music) that had made me angry that he pushed me out of his way and i started to hold that anger in me the next day I was working in my area when when the guy had came up put his hands on my ear muffs and pulled me out of the way from another machine I was aware of my surroundings and knew what was going on so I think it was just another reason to touch me, I then turned around and pushed the guy and told him to never put his hands on me ever again and stated to yell at him. later that same day we had a safety meeting and I left my water bottle behind and when i went to pick it up he got up and kicked it over, I went out to the parking lot to see this guy sitting down giving me dirty looks, I then Screamed " WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU LOOKING AT" he got up started to walk at me and said "what the F**k you just say to me" I thought there was about to be a fight so I dropped what I was holding and that's when he pulled knife on me I remained calm and planed my that I would start backing up keeping my distance then lunge at the knife but never did. eventually he put the knife away and I found out later that I had been fired for pushing him and he never got fired for pulling a knife on me since the bosses like this guy. I feel this guy saw me as weak and took advantage of me to make him self feel powerful and good about himself. What do I do about this whole thing?

Is my emerging wisdom tooth likely to be what's causing my strange sinus issues at the moment?

For a little while I've been noticing my left upper wisdom tooth coming through. It hasn't caused me any major pain other than some sensitivity and minor discomfort until lately. For the past two days I've been spitting up phlegm in the morning that's specked with blood (I know that it isn't coming from my chest because I'm not coughing it up and I can feel it when sucking it down from my nose, as gross as that sounds). My nose isn't bleeding though, the mucus is clear when I blow my nose, it's just when I spit it out. At first I thought I had a cold, but I have no cold symptoms other than a slightly sore neck, my ears have been bugging me, and I've been having mild headaches in the region of my temples as well as my nose running on and off. I know that some of those symptoms are associated with wisdom teeth coming in, so I'm just wondering if the blood streaked phlegm could be due to a sinus infection or could possibly have something to do with my wisdom tooth affecting my sinuses?

this is not the first post i have read from you today, listen genetics do not play as big a role as you are making them seem! i was a fatass all through middleschool then i began swimming laps and eventually running now i lift weights and run reguraly.. at first i absolutely despised excercise! now i can't live w/o it! just grab an ipod and fill it with your favorite songs and start jogging atleast 5 times a week and adjust your diet to make it more healty, remove soda and junk food for the most part! trust me once you start seeing results it will motivate you to not stop! ill admit there are times where i have gotten lazy for example it has been 9 months since i began excercising and i took a nearly 3 months break just because i got lazy.. Okay i left a question yesterday and i think my gecko is impacted. He has a red/purple blob on his lower tummy, he wont eat, he's extremely weak and very thin. I've taken him to the vet before because he stopped eating (about 2 months ago) but recently he's been eating less. His head keeps twitching and his movement is very slow and abnormal. The mast, boom, and sail can be made out of anything but the remainder of the boat has to be made of paper(in my case cardboard). there has to be a keel and the sail has to be adjustable. The sailboat has to be able to carry 500 grams of cargo and it cant be more then 30 cm in length. And the keel cannot exceed 10 cm vertical length from bottom of boat to keel.

I was a combat medic in an infamous detention facility in Iraq. It's been 4 years now since retuning home. There was no welcome home party. Just getting high and drunk with old friends. I come from an Asian household first generation and the two worlds don’t mix. My father had many harsh words after he found out that I went to the war front. Only losers and people without brains go and fight other people’s battles for pay. I was raised in the states since I was five today I’m 38 almost homeless if not for my parents garage. You can only imagine how that makes me feel. 38 living in the garage of my parent’s home though I have found employment as an EMT. Everyday the job brings me back to the war and seeing the old folks at the con homes bring me down another notch. Everyday is blood and death all over again. I've gotten into troubles with the law and might be losing my job soon. I was never into smoking weed but more of a drinker. I didn’t work for the first 2 years living off of the deployment money. It was difficult trying to hang out with old friends. I couldn’t laugh at the same jokes or have a good time. The panic attacks are getting worst and I can not control my anxieties any longer. Everyday is so much harder to pretend that I’m perfectly fine and happy. I began withdrawing and isolating myself from the crowd and belief it’s starting to affect my thought processes. I’m having difficulty sleeping maybe because I’m worried all the time about this and that. But thanks to J&D it knocks me out just fine. When I do sleep I can stay in bed four a couple of days. In the 4 years, I’ve gotten in trouble with the law twice. Now the courts want me to go through group psychological counseling down at the VA. It’s getting harder and harder to wake up and face the day and thoughts of suicide run through my head constantly. My self esteem is at it’s lowest. I’ve thought about it and did some checking on google for a fast and painless way go. I found the Japanese suicide detergent thing by mixing two key ingredients to make the lethal gas or 00 buck shot up the roof of the mouth into the brain. It’s fast and painless. I will not leave a note behind because that to me is pointless at my age. Belief me when I say I've always strive to better myself in school as well sports. That's not always the answer. I bought a raft off of craigslist and know a good place at the beach where I can row out and do my deed. I don’t want to leave traces of what had happen to me. I just want to disappear and know soon i'll be forgotten and it's what i want. Life seems so worthless to me now and I really don't care anymore. I know I don’t want to die but also that I don’t know how to live. I’m 38 years old and a loser. Darwin was right about survival of the fittest and the weak soon die off. GOD have mercy on my soul.

Living on a Sailboat?

A lot of questions and none that are easily answered. First make some short trips...especially into rough water because inevitably you'll meet some while cruising. Many people assume they are sailors but end up sick or bored after investing a great deal of time and money. Not every one is a long distance sailor. My preference is for short legs near home. The price as dictated by the boat varies so much that it is once more very difficult to answer. A friend of mine well versed in blue water sailing...15 trips across the Atlantic, many solo as well as all of the south Pacific, just bought a 1981 Niagara 35 which is as good as it gets out there for a reasonable $38k Canadian. Took about 10k extra to get her ready to sail home but she's very much capable of all that you would need. There's a great deal of disagreement on the best boats but there are many out there that cost much less than 100k. Here in Canada we have seen more than our share of good cruising boats that predate the 80's. Check out some of the ones built in Ontario and Quebec as well as Nova Scotia. Look for carrying capacity..water and fuel not a good cockpit for lounging because they won't help save your hide between ports. I don't think you need any form of ticket...sure don't here in Canada as long as it's classed as a yacht below a given tonnage.

Klonopin (Clonazepam) Withdrawal. HELP!?

I am not gunna go into detail so i'll make it simple. I was taking 1mg clonazepam everyday for about 3 months, basically the doctor has cut me off cold turkey and I am having pretty bad withdrawals. Dizzy, Nausea, Headache, Lack of sleep, No appetite, Bad Anxiety, Panic Attacks.. It's basically just hell. I don't know what to do. She gave me Lexapro but it has given me nothing but bad side effects plus the withdrawals I am already having. I'm not planning on going back to that doctor because they refused to give me Clonazepam which is ridiculous because they didn't taper me off. I am scheduled to make an appointment with a psychiatrist soon but I feel like I can't take it anymore. I seriously feel like I am losing my mind and I just feel so sick and weak.. I don't know what to do because Lexapro is not helping. My only hope is talking to the psychiatrist but even then, i'm not sure he will prescribe me the Clonazepam. Hey, Im 14 about to turn 15 but I have been smoking for the past 3 1/2 years and I quit about 10 weeks ago. The thing is - when I first started I would ignore the fact that me and my friends would smoke but I would get WAAY more stoned than them - and also that I would have these sudden rushes of sense and realization that would hit me as I got less stoned. Weed would blow my mind - BUT WAAAAY too much. As I got less stoned - my senses (taste, smell & just generally feeling there) would kick in and I would feel normal & 'back' again but as I gradually began smoking more heavily (during the 2nd and 3rd year) the time in between these realizations when I smoked (And I was smoking weed & cigs quite regularly) would increase in length until I would have to wait days then months and now it seems 10 weeks (and counting) before my senses would kick in. I feel so disociated - not upset or deppressed or even bored but I just feel not here. I want to have my senses back - all my mates say I should begin feeling like myself again and that it only takes 56 days for weed to leave your system but I feel mentally the same and also emotionally empty - feeling only weak happiness rarely and only sad or laughing but its not truely how I feel because I just dont feel in control. & I DO NOT feel anxiety. please, its been years since I have felt like I am actually here - HELP!!!!!!!!!

How long does it take to sail from California to china in a 30ft sailboat during summer time conditions?

As crzyfran has said, it is a long trip and unless you have some open water sailing experience it would not be the first trip i would pick. As for a 30 ft sailboat, some of these boats are much better blue water boats than others. I sail in the Gulf of Mexico on a Pearson 30 ft boat and this boat is a decent blue water boat at 10,000 lbs. Sails, keel, electronics, crew all these things and more come into play on a voyage like what you ask about. The time of year you plan to leave and the route you plan to take also play into you voyage. Time in port at the places you plan to stop at and time in port for any broken parts you may need to replace could be a factor in this trip. I have sailed in the Gulf in much smaller and lighter boats but unless you are prepared for the unexpected I would be very careful. I have never sailed in the Pacific so what I say is based on the Gulf of Mexico. I have 25 years or so sailing and with all the right conditions I would find a trip like what you describe interesting, with ALL the right conditions.

To make a very long story short, My husband and I have suffered losing eight babies. Four of them were 1st trimester and the other four were second trimester. Energy drink/alcohol affection question?

I am 14 years old. Energy drinks and caffeine dont have effect on me, i dont get energized and it doesnt wake me up and i dont feel anything. What to do about abusive caretaker?

I am physically disabled and completely financially dependant on my spouse. I can do many things around the house, but still need a lot of help with basic things such as putting clean dishes away, laundry, and some of the heavier, higher up things in my home. My caretaker is my spouse and they belittle me, puts me down for my disabilties, questions my limitations, and overall just puts me down about my situation. I know caretaking is very hard on someone and do everything I can to show I appreciate and love what he does for me. I'm desperate, I don't like divorces, but he refuses to work on the situation, and he treats me worse and worse over my limitations. I offered to throw out all my clothes but 5 mixable outfits so he'd have less to clean. We have gone to a couple of therapists, and whenever they suggest that I need a little support emotionally through my disability he just gets mad and won't go back. I've done everything I can but i'm financially and physically dependant on this person. I don't know what to do to escape.
